Latimer Constructions is a family owned and run business, and we have been in the construction industry since 1997.

We specialise in acreage blocks, sloping sites and small lot housing. We have a range of designs to suit all these areas of building. The majority of our builds are custom-designed by a qualified draftsman to suits our clients' needs and budget.

All carpenters working for us have done their apprenticeship through me, so the standard of work is high, and attention to detail second to none.  What other builders have as extras are included in our pricing, and sarking on external walls an anticon blanket under roofing iron are standard. We only use termite resistant framing of a higher strength grading than others.  We dont use pre-fabricated framing, we make our own on site. We use conventional footings and slab, not waffle pod system.

All of our houses have a 5 or 6 star energy efficiency rating, our plasterboard ceilings are attached to metal battens instead of straight to trusses, ducted air comes as standard and roofing material is always Bluescope Colorbond Steel.
